375mL bottle, pours a beautiful clear dark ruby red with a large pink, foamy head. Nose reveals lots of complex wild yeast, a great harmony of slightly tart raspberries and cherries, light oak, and a touch of funk. Flavour is complex and refined, with fairly dry, wonderfully tart raspberries and cherries upfront, followed by a very complex wild yeast expression, moderate funk, some dry oak tannins, and just enough bitterness on the finish. Complex, integrated, no rough edges. This is excellent.

375 c&c from Tavour. Pours clear bright orange or pink or red - depending on what it's held up against. Very slight and very transient head. Aroma of red berry and more. Med body. Somewhat tart, a very little bit sour. Very astringent. Flavor is red berry, wood, kiwi and some actual oak wood. Quite nice.

16 oz can from a four pack from Costco. Aroma of tangerine, strawberry, pine, dank, grapefruit. Pours hazy golden with a two finger bleach white head with excellent retention. Taste has a high pithy bitterness with juicy citrus and piney flavors. This is great.

375mL bottled 3/7/2024, drunk 2/22/2026.
Stored this thing in a very cold cellar for weeks, and it still aggressively gushed upon uncorking, thus now I have a hazy, muddled, yeasty beer.
The yeast doesn't dampen the bright, acidic apricot, however (or maybe it does help mitigate some of the acid). Juicy and fruity with very, very piquant acidity. Seems like one that you worry is going to be too intensely acidic in the flavor. But the apricot character in and of itself is wonderful. Don't really get too much funk other than the fruit. Certainly no lambic character.
Very, very, very carbonated with an apricot puree-like character. The yeast does dull the flavor somewhat, and it's far from too acidic, thankfully. Similar to the nose, the apricot is lovely, but there really isn't much else here. Some chewy wheat and well-attenuated malts, but hardly even a bit of lactic character, let alone Brett and funk. At least it's a perfectly pleasant, tart, lightly oaky fruit beer.

Rating this as a sour/fruit beer, not as a lambic. If numbers were scored to a lambic, this would be abysmal.

Dark brown. Toasty aroma and basic bourbon, has a decbt bourbon note, good chocolate, a bit boozy in the finish. Maybe some juiciness late but more heavy on the toastiness.
