Pale, slight haze, smells somewhat sharp, touch acetic, lots of stone fruit. Soft stone fruit character, a bit of acetic and lactic, some barrel influence. Decent, balanced well, stone fruit has ok brightness.

Flat, pale and dull red. Won't say it looks great. Lots of pinot and oak on the nose.

Pale. A little dull-looking. No head. Vinous aroma, the riesling isn't precise, there's a bit of yeasty muddledness to it. Soft body with a tart finish, the grape coming through nicely, with a touch of barrel.

Dark brown. Thick head. The nose is chocolatey, with lots of toffee. Good body, moderate bitterness. Balanced. Not much in the way of fruitiness, the unique characteristic of many foreign stouts, but I guess export stout may not need it? Solid effort.

375mL bottle, pours a beautiful clear dark ruby red with a large pink, foamy head. Nose reveals lots of complex wild yeast, a great harmony of slightly tart raspberries and cherries, light oak, and a touch of funk. Flavour is complex and refined, with fairly dry, wonderfully tart raspberries and cherries upfront, followed by a very complex wild yeast expression, moderate funk, some dry oak tannins, and just enough bitterness on the finish. Complex, integrated, no rough edges. This is excellent.
