Poured from 375mL bottle. Very dark brown with small beige head. Feint cherry and coconut note, dry and simple roast malt, some feint dark sugars from the rum, a bit timid, but decent.

375mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a nice mix of rum and coconut, with toasted bready malt. Flavour is fairly timid, with gentle rum, toasted coconut, and toasted malt. This is pretty timid, which is fine with me; the coconut and rum work nicely together. Very good.

Brown. Not much head. The rum comes out to the lead, but it's overall fairly mild, with a minor crackery sort of malt. The aroma comes across quite light. It's sweet, and has a hit of alcohol, lots of sugars. Decent balance, despite the weak aroma.

375mL bottle. Pours black with a thin white head. Nose is fairly timid: gentle coconut and roasted malts. Rum becomes more present as the beer comes to temperature. Flavour has nice roasted malts and toasted coconut, some pine, rum is surprisingly subtle, but I can convince myself that it's there. Solid, enjoyable.
