Taster from tap at Simplyfine, Thun. As Dr. Gab's NEIPA 7.3%. Clear color, small white head. Smells earthy, musty, tobacco, peppery, bit nutty. OK smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, grassy, peppery, some mango, light sweetness, lightly leathery. Finishes medium bitter with notes of earthy, tobacco and peppery notes. Okish, not the most exciting beer 6,4,6, 3,13

als liebhaber von saisons könnte es für meinen geschmack noch etwas mehr säure haben. es ist auch atypisch stärker am hopfen, aber sehr feines, ansonsten ausgewogenes geschmackspiel.

ja spinn ich? so ausgewogen, tolle fruchtige säure, aber nicht zu dominant, das fass unterstützt und umschmeichelt. kurzum, wunderschöne westschweizer kooperation. da lohnt sich gar ein zweiter check-in.
