On tap at The Alehouse - Palmhof, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is muffled and restrained, with earthy notes from the beetroot and little else. Flavour is very bitter and earthy, bringing out lots of earthiness from the beets, but with little flavour from them, and lots of bitterness, but with little actual hop flavour. Muffled and incoherent, but not terrible.

On tap at The Alehouse - Palmhof, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is pretty restrained, with light earthy hops and toasted malt. Flavour is likewise lacking oomph, with gentle earthy hops and toasted malt. The balance is good; I just wish there was more to this. Underwhelming.

33cl bottle from a random shop in Geneva. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Malty and somewhat fruity with herbal notes and hints of pine. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and bitterness. Fair enough.

Ein schweizer IPA mit amerikanischen Aromahopfen gebraut. Im Einstieg kommt es etwas klobig brotig daher, die aber schnell in eine schön fruchtige Hopfigkeit übergeht. Es mag ausgewogenes IPAs geben, aber von der Aromenseite ist es voll da. Ein schönes Bier, wenn auch kein usgezeichnetes.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige media grana media persistenza, colore ambrato velato, al naso malto caramello zucchero di canna prugne secche leggero banana, in bocca frutta matura prugne sciroppate spezie, corpo roondo, carbonatazione moderata, amaro moderato.
