(Keg at Au Coin Mousse, 20190914) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, honey, Belgian style yeast and paper. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, grass, malts, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, sweet and bitter. A clean but too sweet brew.

clear golden colour, one inch of dense and quite stable white head; aroma and taste of a malt-dominant lager with some cardboard, metallic and floral/honey-like notes…I would not say that it is bad…but is it really a golden/blond ale?...because as a golden ale, it is not really good…

opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense off-white head; aroma of grapeseeds, bread, biscuits, some dried apricot, chardonnay wine, earthy and grainy notes; typical tripel taste with apricot notes; great one!

hazy orange colour, large, dense and quite stable slightly yellowish off-white head; aroma of marmalade, orange zest oils, some tropical fruity and pine resiny notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; really enjoyable IPA

330ml bottle, thanks to Kolshtrinker for this! Pours misty orange, moderate white head. Aroma has some pleasant orange resin. Taste is largely bitter orange, marmalade, flora, tropical citrus, caramel malt. Decent enough.

Heller, süßlich getreidig-alkoholischer Beginn, weiche Herbe. Süffig, der alkoholische Anteil wächst, wenig aber angenehm hopfig. Herb hopfiger, weniger süß-alkoholischer Nachgeschmack. 9/9/8/8/8/8

Herber, trocken hefiger Beginn. Spritzig, minimal bananig, Nuancen von Alkohol. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, harmonisch. Steigend hopfig im Mittelteil, geringe Bitterkeit, langer Nachgeschmack. Gefällt. 10/10/11/9/9/10

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is saison yeast, barrel, wood, greens. Body is medium, juicy, lots of spices and herbs, with a decent carbonation. Well balanced, lots of typical yeast character. Some stables still. Quite punchy on the palate. Good, clearly my favourite Gabs so far!
