Can shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy light golden. Sour apple, plums, soft vinegar, lemon. Over light sour, very light sweet. Over loght bodoed with a nice crisp dry finish. Not bad!

I’ve had this a few times. Golden pour, pretty sour/tart, and some serious yeastiness. Good cider. different from your american ones.

375ml bottle and took a few bruises attempting to pull the stupid cork out. Light cloudy gold, some bubbles but no head. Aroma of fruity sour apples with a certain aged quality to it. Taste is dry sour apples, medium sticky body, low carbonation. Fairly decent if unremarkable except for the cork from hell.

Bottle. Color: Light;y hazypale golden, no head. Aroma: Apple, apple core, funk. Taste: Apple core, apple peel. Tannins. Light to moderate tart. Very lioght sweetness. Funky hints. No carbonation. Damp cellar notes, musty. Typical Spanish Sidra. Ok.

Bottle at the house in Martha’s Vineyard. Aged a bit over 10 years. Pours clear yellow with specks of sediment. Lightly sweet, some musty cellar, bone dry bite, subtle apple sweetness, damp wood. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Dry and musty finish, more bittersweet apples, mellow acidity. Interesting stuff.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 23.06.2021) im 2022-06 getrunken. Diese hellgelbe, trübe Cider kommt schön säuerlich fruchtig mit einer leichte Note bittere Äpfel daher. Ein schöner Durstlöscher im Sommer und ein guter Begleiter zu Fisch Gerichte.

2019 bottle, Premium. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is green apples, tart, funk and leather. Taste is the same, pretty tart finish, some eggs/sulphur, tiny carbonation. Solid Sagardoa!
