Gezapft: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, medium-sized loose and lacy off-white head; dryish bitter-sweet fruity-malty nose with tannic spots underneat; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, quite light bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering and a bit drier herbal-bitter and (dry) malty finish. Inoffensive, but not that bad…

0,5 l bottle. Dark copper with a nearly two finger pale beige head. Low grainy gassy smell. Taste starts more malty, caramell and grain, some sweetness. Spicy. Mid bitter aftertaste. Not bad.

Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz. Piana srednia ale mocno trwala i okleja szklo. Kolor bursztynowy, nie za ciemny. W smaku karmel, pieczona skorka od swiezego chleba, nieco miodu i rodzynek. Piwo w pierwszej fazie kazdego lyku jest gryzace w jecyk jakby przyprawowosc.

Sweet-ish, malty, minimally starchy aroma, a nuttily touch, very cautious hints of toffee, slightly artificial hints of red fruit, cherry. Taste is sweet. starchy, malty, minimally nutty, rather plain bitter hoppy, a cautious touch of marzipan and cherry. Restricted & discouraged.

Bottle. Copper/mahagony with a big foamy but short-lived head. Aroma of malts, nuts and caramel. Taste is pretty sweet upfront. Malts, caramel and some dark fruits. A small dose of hops and a whiff of liquorice. Medium carbonation. Balanced but not very complex. Ok, but I guess I won't bother again.

Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, malty, slightly grassy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, honey, some butterscotch, some straw and hints of orange peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and a bit dry finish. Medium body, creamy and almost chewy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Okay!
