On cask at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of musty notes, apple skins, and some mildewy leather. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of must, dusty dry apple skins, and funky leather. Really well-constructed, finishing bone dry and nicely musty. Excellent.

75cl bottle from Bien Manger. Pours a hazed yellow, very gentle carb. Natural cheesy wild farmhouse elements alongside some wild fermented moderately fruity apple juice, not particularly sharp with a more modest natural tone, soft cheesy linger.. not bad.

(Bottle, 0.75l - from a supermarket in Salou, 20250420) The cider poured golden and cloudy. Aroma had sourness, tartness, apple juice and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, apple juice, fruitiness, sourness and tannins. Aftertaste was tart and dry. A tasty cider with pleasant aftertaste that lasted long.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy yellow, no head. Fresh apple, funky, green apple, cheese, mineral. Light sweet, very light sour. Over light bodied. Nice stuff, funky but not very sour at all.

Amarillo pálido, turbia y sin espuma. Emana un rico olorcillo funky, lagar, establo manzanas frescas. En boca es refrescante y seca, dulzor muy tenue, buena acidez. Muy rica

A 5€20 le petit verre, autant en profiter.
Couleur ambre, clair presque dorée, le tout laissant un léger filament doré au verre, pas de col.
Arôme de pommes acerbes avec un rétro-nasal caramélisé, pommes cuites.
Palais est plaisant et chargé en sucre concentré de pomme – effet sucre caramélisé le tout gardant une certain fraicheur acerbe et mordant de la pomme verte. Finement râpeux en fin de bouche avec une note fine grinçante aux dents.
