Pâle, léger voile, pas de col.
Arôme est frais, pomme au bouquet assez acerbe d’emblée – douceur fine perce en rétro-nasal laissant se diffuser un léger parfum fleuri. Petite touche fruitée rappelant aussi le raisin.
Palais sur une belle base de pommes – le tout assez acerbe tout en ayant une bonne rondeur de bouche. Finement caramélisé avec une bonne fraicheur fruitée. Notes vertes, pomme en retrait sans trop de sucre résiduel. Ici, c’est finement grinçant en fin de bouche.

Tap at the Museo Of Sidra on the hillside in Astigarraga. Paler golden with plenty of apple, which has a gentle bitterness.

Can shared with RJ. There are some nice aspects to it, got a pleasant, crisp fruityness, but the finish is weirdly acidic and leaves an extremely dry, powdery mouthfeel

Bottle at the DCBeer bottle share. Poured a clear golden yellow color, small, wispy off-white head. Aroma was big apples, slight sweetness with a little bit of apple tartness. Light apple bite, with some pleasant carbonation. Tasty.

Bottle (as Sidra Natural, 6%, old pre-2020 rating). Hazy yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild green apples with some sulphur and mild earthy tones. Flavour is tart floral and citrusy tones with a mild green apples. Dry finish.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazed yellow gold colour, white foam rim and aroma of apple, fruit, acetic funk. Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, fruity, some skin, with musty funk, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
