Aroma: raisins, brown sugars and red apples. Taste: sweet red apples, wood, brown sugars and fruit puree. Sticky and syrupy mouthfeel. Next one please!

Tart, a bit sweet, sour, slight acidity. Some green apple, citrus, finishes dry. A little bit of unfortunate salty vinegar distracts, otherwise would be even very nice. #wheelofstyles

Bottle 75 cl. Vintage 2022. Pour a cloudy golden with a short, fizzy head. Dry, tart apple aroma. Medium body, lowish carbonation. Again dry and slightly tart apple notes. Nothing fancy here, just a straight and not overly refined but drinkable cider. 160324

Can. Color: Hazy pale golden, no head. Aroma: Tart apples, apple skin. Taste: Tart apple, some appleskin, crisp Sidra, tannins. Below medium body, bit thin. Just below average carbonation. Refreshing, easy drinkable, little complexity.
