750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazed yellow gold colour, white foam rim and aroma of apple, fruit, acetic funk. Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, fruity, some skin, with musty funk, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
