cloudy yellow,small white head. apple and faint citrussy note in the aroma. flavor is vineagra,apple, sour pretty acid for a cider.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, brettanomyces, wood, apples, and wood, leading to a tart finish. Lovely - thanks pinball.

75cl bottle from Eroski, Bilbao. Hazy, pale yellow-greenish colour. Aroma of sour apple, yeast, cheese. Flavour is sour fruity, medium carbonated. Bit of barnyard. Well done.

bottle 75cl from el corte ingles, palma, mallorca ar:sweet/sour apple, sweet vinagre. flavor: quite acid but appears well balanced, and slightly aged fruit flavors. more fruity than apples. also some citrus, slight orange. delicate. this is a good cider, delicate, reminds me of good sour beer.

A hazy cider, golden and enticing, Wild apples in aroma, with light lactic qualities.In mouth, a gueuze like cider, lightly lactic, nice golden apples. A nice first drink in Barcelona, at Sagardi Euskal Taberna, 1.75 Euros. Mid November 2006.

A light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is slightly acidic and very apply. The flavor is slightly sweet and apply with a slight acidity lingering in the back ground, which also gives it notes of lemon. In the end hints of wood comes thru.

Hazy pale blond color. Aroma of vinegar, apple skin, light wood, very light hazelnuts. Lean body, with very dry mouthfeel, the sourness is high, with lemony character and light wood touch. A bit puckery.
Aggressive and pleasant, fresh, no signs of age; it has been a good match to a plate of classic Fabada Asturiana.

Hazy light blond color. Light citrus fruits and apples aroma. Some sourness, light sugars, citrus fruits, grapefruit, correct structure. Refreshing.
