Bottle @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggero. Al naso note di nella annurca, stalla, pollaio, sella di cavallo. In bocca è acida medio-leggera, secca, leggermente acetica. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Si beve facile, buona.

Bottle at Logroño campsite. Picked up from carrefour, a hazed bright bright yellow coloured pour with a a dissipating white fizz. Aroma is semi sweet, plastic, spicy apple, wood. Mellow funk Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy green apple, prickly, wood tannin, canned pineapple. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, tart, prickly carbonation. Nice.

Sample at the Sidra museum. A thick golden orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is condensed apple puree, light tang, brown sugars. Fruit compot. Flavour is composed of intense apple fruit, condensed fruit. Brown sugars, intense tangy bitter finish. Palate is medium sweet, thick, syrupy, lovely.

Bottle in the hotel room, Lisboa, from Libeerdade 24/03/22. Hazed golden orange with a white cap. Nose is tarte apple, light funk, musty wood, grains, straw, tannins. Taste comprises tangy apples, light funk, hint of glue, orchard wood, caramelised apples, tannins, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a light acidic twist. Decent. Would probably be a 3.75 if it wasn't for some ... Süffiger, spritzig apfeliger - GUT 2.6 on some completely different scoring ratio to 99% of the rest of us on here !

Bottle pour at Cider Hole, Sheffield. Hazy orange golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, earthy, funky. Taste is tangy apple, earthy, funky, straw, tangy, with sharp sour acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
