A slightly hazy golden colour, small white lacing. aroma of fresh juicy apples, mild sourness. Taste of mild sourish apples, apple juice, some sulfur. Easy to drink.

Bottle. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is light maple, green apples, earthy, leather. Taste is very light maple, green apples, earthy, leather, funk. Natural fizz. Good!

Barrel at a random restaurant in Valencia. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich sour apples, fruits, citrus and has a nice sour finish. Great cider.

750 ml green corked but not caged bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Pale yellow and hazy colour, pours with a very moderate sparkle. Very nice aroma of cider apples and woodwork. A very slight carbonation in the mouth. Dry flavour, cider apples, hints of dry white wine and crisp white grapes, some wood and hints of tannins.

Sehr süßer, dennoch runder Antrunk. Viel Apfel, etwas Alkohol, weich. Rund apfeliger Mittelteil und Abgang, trockener Hintergrund. Lecker! 10/13/10/11/12/11
