Clear dark reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, nuts, dark bread. Taste of melasse, caramelized malt, vanilla, dark bread.

500ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, some caramel, a touch of milk chocolate. Taste is slightly dry, mildly roasty, minimally nutty, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge with low residual sweetness. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Mild, harmonious, creamy - good!

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Grainy, malty, nice grassy hop background. Notes of bread. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet and light to moderate bitterness. Nice crisp Helles.

Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of sweet malt, a bit grainy and grassy. Light bitter finish. Enjoyable Helles.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet grainy malt, grains and straw. Taste of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, some cereals. Moderate bitterness.

Karamalz, etwas Schokolade, ein Hauch Traubensaft und Kaffee. Bittere Noten eher von der Röstung als vom Hopfen. Durchaus lecker. Substanz eher auf der süffigen, als der gehaltvollen Seite. Kohlensäure knapp über Medium. Rohstoffe aus biologischem Anbau - sehr lobenswert.

Clear brown. Aroma is caramel, dark honey, light floral grain, light chocolate. Taste is sweet cloying malt with light bitter nutpeel. Rather flat with thin body. Ok.

Clear golden. Aroma is light crisp malt with little noble hops. Taste is pleasant sweet light malt, with some clean hops and very light sour carbonation. Rather shy but also no obvious flaws.
