Clear golden. Aroma is light crisp malt with little noble hops. Taste is pleasant sweet light malt, with some clean hops and very light sour carbonation. Rather shy but also no obvious flaws.

Bottle @ Landbierparadies, Nürnberg. Pours amber Brown with a small stable head. Sweet and chewy malty. Dark fruit, chocolate and caramel. Smooth and soft and rather full bodied. Delicious - like the Bio Hell from the same Series!

From bottle. Mild grainy, bready notes, hay, cereal, cardboard, light citrus. Mild dryness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. A very mild, but a bit bland Helles.

Optisch klar und satt goldfarben. Feine bis mittelgroße ansehnliche Perlage steigt hoch. Die weiße mittelporige Schaumkrone ist schön stabil und auch sehr gut haltbar. Das überzeugt schon mal! Leichtes süßlich-keksiges Aroma schmeichelt der Nase. Feines Hefearoma schwingt dabei ebeso im Hintergrund mit. Der angenehm frische und weich rezente Antrunk macht einen guten Start. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich ein ausgewogener Körper mit angenehmen getreidig-brotigen Malzaromen, einer zarten Würze und hintergründigen floralen bis kräuterartigen Hopfennuancen. Das Gesamtbild erscheint sehr ausgewogen und absolut rund, wirkt aber leider etwas dünn. Zu einer gelungenen Vollmundigkeit fehlt hier noch einiges, aber eine sehr gute Süffigkeit ist aufgrund der angenehm feinen und harmonischen Aromatik absolut gegeben. Im Abgang bleibt die bereits erwähnte Aromatik gut erhalten und erst ein wenig später kommt eine leichte grasig-florale Hopfenherbe dazu.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow, fine carbonation white cream. Grassy and herbal hop aroma. Medium light acidic body, dry bitter grassy hops on a light grainy body. Some gooseberry, melonrind. Tilts towards a north german Pils.
