Bottle at the brewpub in Salzburg-Austria. Yellow muddy, white irregular tall foam. Nose: zest, lemon, sweet crumb and clove. Mouth: more bodied, fells like an ipa dressed by a weisse. Interesting weisse-ipa :)

Bottle at the brewpub in Salzburg in Austria. Cloudy muddy golden pour, long lasting mediumwhite foam. Nose: some hidden banana, almost absent, crumb. Mouth: super clean as a weisse, pastry, thin.

Eingetrübte, orange gelbe Farbe mit großer, weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, fruchtiger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, fruchtig mit Banane, würzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

Im Glas steht es in einem klaren Gold mit kleiner, weißer Schaumkrone und riecht eher verhalten malzig mit floralem Touch. Danach zeigen sich ein leicht süßlicher Geschmack und etwas Getreide mit einer moderaten Bitterkeit im Abgang. Ein leichter Körper trägt spielerisch die wenigen Aromen, die vorhanden sind. Abgesehen von einer eigenen Homepage und vielen, blumigen Worten ist es vor allem eins: austauschbar und nicht, so hart muss das Urteil sein, von den gängigen Supermarktbieren der Großbrauereien unterscheidbar.

500 ml bottle. Pours light golden with small head. Citrus, grass, hay. Metallic bitterness. Light bodied, lively carbonated, watery texture, dry finish. Simple but well made and easy going Helles.
