Reviewed from notes. Rcvd in trade.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice golden yellow to slight orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. There was some light foamy lacing stringing itself down the sides of the glass.
The smell had a nice pine to citrus to grapefruit hop conglomeration of sorts with a delicate malt base.
The taste took those nice hop aromas and malt base and blended very nicely.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to slight medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionable aspect about it.
Overall, this was a pretty good APA worthy of having again.

Can from Malt & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Lots of citrus and fruit hop for aroma. Med body. Flavor is bitter, citrus/floral/fruit over a not too roasty malt. At 4.5 ABV I assume this is aimed at "sessionable", but based on the huge amount of flavor, one wouldn’t expect that. It’s very nice.

Can. Glad I have a whole six pack of this, because this is some good stuff. Grassy, piney flavor and aroma. Fresh hop flavor with a mild bitter, dry finish. This IPA has a drink all day taste to it. Very well done.

Poured from a can. Aroma has a light, sweet, cracker and grain character but otherwise it is all hops. Lots of grapefruit, orange and tangerine with lighter notes of lemon, tropical fruit and stone fruit. Medium resin and dank pine notes help balance all the fruit and citrus. Light grass note. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, golden-orange with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that displays average retention while it recedes to the edges. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor starts with a light, sweet grain character with some faint bread and moderate cracker notes. Moderately strong hop character with a lot of orange, tangerine and mandarin. Lighter grapefruit, tropical fruit and pine resin. Medium to medium light bitterness. Nice drying finish with some lingering citrus and pine resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall a pretty enjoyable, hop-forward pale ale. Really nice citrus hop character with just the right amount of sweet, cracker malt notes in the background.

Can from LetsPour.com. Pours light amber with a transient white head. Aroma is a mix of floral/fruit. Maybe citrus. Med + body. Flavor is very "mosaic" with floral/melon/fruit. Arguably some of the harshness is citrus. Harsh? Yes, lots of hop. This is very NW, except it’s not all pine and/or citrus. Definite hop burn. Really good.

I received this in a trade. I poured this into a pint glass and there is no canning date.
The appearance has a slight golden yellow color with fast rising carbonation filling the head which is about two fingers worth. The head starts to get fairly lumpy as it starts to settle after the pour.
The smell has mainly bitter citrus hops up front but ends up allowing some malts to enter in as it warms.
The taste is balanced well between the hops and the malts allowing a nice bitter to sweet flavor to pervade my tastebuds. Its not a true bittersweet, but still is a nice well-versed beer in the taste. There is an aftertaste and its somewhat bitter but nothing overbearing. There is a quick dry finish.
On the palate, this one sits about a medium on the body with a carbonation that isn’t as harsh as expected for an AIPA, but still there is a decent sessionable quality to it that tells me this could go fairly well with its respected food.
Overall, this is a fairly good AIPA that I could have again, maybe not one to seek out, but one worthy of at least having again.

Draught at The Beer Junction, Seattle
Golden color with creamy head. It’s quite lean and not very sweet, therefore easy to drink. The malts have not much character, but the hops have a lot, specifically an animal character, but also fruity and resiny.
Very good and fresh.

Draught at Stumbling Monk, Seattle
Hazy golden color with creamy head. Penetrating hop aroma, with an animal accent. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit dry; toffeish malt flavor, strong bitterness, orange peel, hop resins, but also a light chicory touch.
Very fresh and oily hops, pleasant juice, but something in the final still needs to be tuned.
