Can. I can drink this all day. A lot of pine and hops on the aroma. Citrus taste of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Has a hoppy, slightly bitter finish. Very easy to drink. Very refreshing. Love this beer.

On tap at Paddy’s in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Pours hazy brown-orange with a collapsing off white head; falls into a skiff of foam, leaves some lace. Aroma is piney, catty. Flavor is fresh and hoppy but a little vegetal, chopped wood. Good, but it would be better without that vegetal quality.

On tap at Paddy’s in CDA, ID. Aroma is caramelly, toasted marshmallow, piney hops. Pours muddy brown with a long-sustaining beige head with excellent retention; leaves lace that sheets the glass. Taste is mostly hoppy bitter but there’s some caramel malt in the background. Tastes much more bitter than 70 IBU. This is a good, hoppy strong ale.

12 oz can from work. Pours hazy golden with a medium off-white head with good retention; leaves some wicked constellation-like lace. Aroma is piney hops backed by some faint bready malt; as it warms a little, some caramel comes out. Taste is beautiful hoppy goodness; mostly bitter but some sweetness is there, too. Has pine and citrus flavors. Highly carbonated with a medium body; as good of a palate as you’d want in this style. Awesome pale ale. What a great idea to situate a brewery this close to the area where the best hops in the world are produced. Both beers I’ve had from this brewery are some of the freshest, hoppiest beers I’ve ever had. Kudos!

On tap at O’Malley’s in Rathdrum, ID. Pours almost clear old gold with a medium off-white head with decent retention; leaves sheeting lace. Aroma is catty, piney, very hoppy. Taste starts out sweet before quickly turning bitter and lingering through a long finish. Bit of an alcohol burn. Super good IPA.
