Aromas are raisins, dates and dark malt with a bit of roast. Flavors are similar to nose, blandly bittersweet with light carbonation. Forgettable.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear amber with a transient, slight beige head. Rye for aroma. Med body. Flavor is very rye. Towards dry and nicely bitter. Good stuff indeed.

Lots and lots of peach ripe funk, bit high on the acidity on the finish but upfront peach ring deliciousness.

Tip Tap Room draught, 3/2/24. Bright, cherry-red with lighter pink and violet hues. Clear with a small, pink-tinged head showing low retention. Moderate oak with big lactic character, mild brett, mild acetic and lots of malic acid. No sugars were left behind here. Clean, moderately funky with a light dusting of sulfur-like minerality. In the mouth it's very sour with a medium-light body, moderate maltiness and very high attenuation. Raspberries and cherries are lovely, contributing a fair bit of acidity but no residual sugar. Light oak lingering with huge acetic and malic components. Lightly funky.

750ml bottle at share. Near black pour, a few stray bubbles. Boozy aroma, bourbon, malty, sweet. Taste is brown sugar, leather, woody, very sweet. It also packs a lot of punch, very warm.
