Rose bouquet, like actual roses. Hazy salmon. Apple, vinegar hints. Light body, moderate carbonation. Not for me.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a clear copper with a tiny head. Aroma brings out bright brut yeast and a touch of apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with dry apple skins and gentle brut yeast. Not a proper brut - tastes like they cheaped out on the ingredients. Meh.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is lower with pineapple and passionfruit upfront, with a gentle apple acidity. Flavour is quite sweet, with lot of pineapple and passionfruit upfront, with moderate apple acidity. Drinkable and fun, but not a complex one.

355ml can from the local Trader Joes, Seattle U-District. Thought it was a grapefruit and chilli beer at first. It's not. Pale yellow appearance. Fresh grapefruit juice on the nose. Medium to light body. Vibrant grapefruit character, tart with a medium bitterness, no apple fruit coming through at all. Fine alcoholic grapefruit drink.

$2.75 can, GTGSP. Hazy gold with a dusting of a head. Aroma is pineapple, apple, passion fruit... not great smelling. Flavor is sweet, way too sweet, passion fruit juice, pineapple, apple. This is basically like drinking the heavy syrup from a fruit cocktail. Thin carbonation, nearly flat.

Tap @ Schilling Cider House, Portland. Pours clear deep red. Cinnamon spiced aroma, super spiced sweet cinnamon taste, not picking out too much blueberry, some hop bitterness, citrus. Light fruity character overall.

Tap @ Schilling ciderhouse, Portland. Pours clear pale gold. Aroma of lightly caramelised apple fruit, interesting gentle acidity, lightly stewed hints, green apple.. expected a fine carbonation and bone dry character, but it's a fairly simplistic, straightforward familiar cider.

355ml can on a ranch in Fossil, Central Oregon. Bought from a Trader Joes in Seattle. Pours clear gold, aroma of sweet, green apple. Taste is crisp, sweet fruit, tart, clean with green apple.. alcohol seems mostly hidden though there are distant harsh metallic glimpses, a bit overly sweet. Not much apple character coming through. Fine.
