Weizenbock mit 7,1 % Alk, 16,8 % Stammwürze. Unpraktische 0,33 l Flasche. Kräftige Farbe, schöne starke Trübung, geringe Schaumentwicklung. Fruchtig, leicht malzig, leicht säuerlich, mit bitteren Nuancen. Wunderbar weich, gute Substanz, trotzdem recht süffig.

500ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and strawy aroma, plain bitter hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet, grainy malty, minimally strawy, plain bitter hoppy overtones. Clean, monotonous.

Slightly unclear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting. Aroma pale malts, passion fruit, pear, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, grainy. Mild bittersweet aftertaste, grainy, fruity notes, medium body, oily texture; mild, well-balanced, nice.
