50cl bottle bought at the brewery. A clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of moderate sweet grainy malt, straw and hints of cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, soft spicy hops, mild sweetness, moderate bitterness.

Hazy amber. Aroma is some spiky alcohol green apple peel yeastiness some kind of boring toast grass juices. Taste is flat sour and slight apple peel. Quite alcoholic and minerally. Much carbonation. Thin body. Almost no umami. Despite all its quaffable. Nothing special.

Bottled at TEJA tasting. Clear pale amber. Fruity, bready nose Mid dry with medium body and well rounded, firm mouthfeel. Bready, grass, some fruit. Low bitterness. Very harmonious.
