The Aromas here are the best part with some roast, dark malt and a little cinnamon. Fairly balanced. But for the flavors the cinnamon comes on much stronger and overpowers everything, out of balance. Sweet up front, low bitterness.

Aramis are more balanced than flavors and our firstly vanilla then a little roast, dark malt and Cocoa. Flavors are vanilla up the wazoo oh, sweet with good carbonation to balance, Dartmouth with a little metallic in the Finish. Not bad but too much vanilla. I know that's in the name but still.

The Aromas are coffee, dark malt, hints of molasses and roast. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, slightly sweet up front with strong bitter coming on and lingering.

The Aromas are a strange mix of pineapple and resin hops with some pale malt and cereal. Flavors are like nose, again an odd mix with a little bit of jalapeno creeping in, sweet up front and low bitter. Good carbonation but body is a little watery. Decent enough beer.

Pretty damn delicious IPA. Pours a gorgeous, slightly hazed gold with an firm white head and endless lacing. Pine-grapefruit nose hints at what's to come. Starts with a burst of grapefruit and lime zest, followed by notes of apricot, pineapple, and resin, leading to a chewy, moderately bitter pine finish. Smooth, medium body begs for another sip. Great beer.

16 oz. Aroma is pine, citrus, bready. Pours hazy sunset-golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately bitter with some light juicy sweetness. Alcohol is pretty noticeable. Not bad.
