Bottle at home in CT. Pours clear, honey-gold with a frothy off-white head. The nose has some crackery malts, lightly tangy citrus, bread. Medium sweet flavor, lightly syrupy, with more crackers, orange, some white grape, alcohol. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with further tangy citrus, tangerine, a bit of raw alcohol, graham crackers, sugar. Maybe this beer isn’t totally fresh or something, because this is not great.

Pours hazy honey into a shaker. Bright white head recedes to nothing. Grapefruit aromas. Soft with dark caramel and we hops turning sharp in the lasting earth finish.

Draft at Holy Grail, Epping, NH. Unfiltered golden in color with lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is light pale grain, straw and mild herbal hops.
Flavor is has plenty of sweet grain thought the center with floral and herbal hops in the finish. Bitterness is low with the malt almost canceling out the hops. Pretty balanced. A very classic rendition of an IPA. Simple and straight forward.

The Tap, Boston tap: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is very light with grains and a very light fruitiness. Taste has a hop or two in there. Mostly mineral and pale malt. Not much sweetness.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention coats surface. Cracked corn and caramel aromas. Creamy upfront with caramel turning thin in the medium length toasted nutty bread finish.

Bottle from Hannaford, Raymond NH. Aroma is bready malt with some herbal hops. Appearance is medium brown (between iced tea and root beer) with pillowy finger-width head and mild lacing. Taste is on the sweet side with some hop bitterness balance. Palate is medium bodied with average texture. Carbonation is average and the finish is mildly sweet. Overall, true to description--a pale ale with malt and hop balance, slightly tipped to the malty side. Enjoyable.

Pours a hazy dark straw from a bottle. Aroma of citrus, surprisingly heavily hopped, Good beer.

Bottle from Hannaford Raymond NH. Aroma is yeasty dough with a little bit of leather. Appearance is a pretty reddish amber with mild haze (from live yeast), nice sparkle and two-finger off-white creamy foam head. Taste is mostly mild malty sweetness over mild bitter with a bit of yeast still present that gives a little unfinished quality to it. Palate is light to medium bodied with thin texture, lively carbonation with a little sting to the tip of the tongue and very mild bitter finish. Overall, this beer is true to its style but doesn’t do so as boldly and richly as the description would suggest. Pretty average.

On tap at The American Craft Beer Fest Yesterday. Light fruity kind of watery and a bit thin, not horrible but could be better.
