Description
Noctua, named after the owl which is the symbol of Athens, was founded in 2016 by four friends. From the first moment we envisioned Noctua there was no discussion about where our brewery would be located. Of course in the center of our city, in Gazi. A car repair shop was transformed with a lot of work into an urban microbrewery, a reference center for craft beer in Athens that now acquires its own beer.

Opalescent golden colour, moderate sized creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of piney, marmalade, grapefruity, rye bready, some roasted nutty and celery notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma; correct IPA

Bottle from a friend. Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma of tropicla fruits with mango, oranges, passion fruits, tangerin zest. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity with passion fruits, mango, oranges, zest followed by apricots. Nice hoppy bitter finish. Good one. Easy drinkable beer.
