Part of my 2013 backlog, and tried at the crab house at the end of chisel beech. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste, have malt and caramel.

Part of my 2013 backlog, and drunk at the crab house restaurant at the end of chisel beech. Dark almost black colour, with a tan head. Aroma and taste has roasted malt, chocolate and coffee.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light fruity. Bitter, toasted and slight herbal. Caramelish, light breadish. Bitter and dry malty finish. Vague citric mixed bitter finish.

Cask @ GBBF 2014. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Clear dark amber with a small beige head, light lacing. Aroma of roasted malts and fruity. Flavors of roasted malts, caramel and fruity

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Hazy orange brownish color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some caramel, a hint of fruits, lightly alcohol and lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation.

Cask - toffee and bitter root. Cloudy copper with almost no head. Toffee and some light twig. Nice flavors, although strong nose.

Bottle from a shop in Totnes, Devon. Cloudy dark amber with a thin head. A fine full fruit flavoured ale. High fruit aroma too.
