Bottle as Big Alice No. 0004. Shared by me at Dadsgiving. Pours cloudy yellow gold with white head. Nose and taste of champagne grapes, brett, grass, funk, wild yeast and raisin. Mild sourness - kind of like a funky belgian farmhouse - sort of. Medium body.

Bottle shared at Sander’s in NYC. Pours clearish gold with a foamy white head. Loads of herbs in the nose, oregano, cumin, some yeasty, doughy bread. Medium sweet flavor with further herbs, spices, doughy bread, hints of tomato sauce, basil. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming t finish, fairly dry, mildly spicy, with plenty more herbs. Quite weird overall and only comes together with moderate success.

Bottle shared at Dander’s in NYC. Pours mostly clear gold-amber with a fine, creamy white head. Lots of ripe tropical fruits in the nose, some spicy meatballs. Medium sweet flavor, lots of pepper heat, some sweat, yeast, bread. Medium spot full bodied with fine carbonation and an oily texture. Very spicy to finish, lots of dry heat, a bit of wood, melon, yeasty and doughy pale bread. Definitely hot and also a touch heavy. A little rough overall though has some interesting characteristics.
