From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma is malt, loads of caramel, toffee, fudge, rich sweet malts. Flavour is medium sweet. Body is medium. Not boozy at all, despite its hefty abv. Loads of sweet malts, big caramel fudge, not really my kind of beer but I appreciate it.

Bottle at home. Aroma is grainy malt, floral, spicy, hibiscus, fruity notes, peach, touch of bubble gum. Flavour is light sweet and bitter with a hint of sour. Body is medium. Nice beer, I expected spice overkill but that’s hardly the case.

Bottle at home. Aroma is spices, juniper, strong herbal notes, fruits, citrus, grapefruit, touch of wood. Flavour is moderate bitter. Body is medium. Quite strong herbal and spicy with lots of juniper, tasty fruits and wood. Interesting, not a beer I’d like a full pint of, but it’s something different.

From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2016. Aroma is fruity hops, rye malt, a tad sweetish tropical fruits, pine resin, soft floral notes. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Excellent hoppy Rye IIPA.

Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity, citrus, orange, malt, lots of oak, vanilla, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Fairly complex and tasty IIPA-ish oak aged beer, tons of hoppy orange and lots of oak. Good!

Bottle at home. Aroma is roasted malt, smoke, dark bread, chocolate, some liquorice and a touch of salty seaweed. Flavour is above moderate sweet, a bit salty and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Enjoyable stuff, I dig the smoke and touch of salt.
