This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden yellow color with a soft one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds leaving barely any lacing. Light carbonation is seen rising at a moderate pace.
The smell had a nice sweet to spicy arrangement of peppercorn, slightly floral and a fresh cut grassiness wrapping it up nicely.
The taste had a sweet bready with a light Belgian candied yeastiness arranging itself tightly with the sweet floral and grassy qualities. As it warms, sweet lemon runs in to blend nicely. A quick lemon aftertaste runs in to the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Definitely a Summer pounder as the carbonation is fairly subdued.
Overall, I say this was a light version of a witbier, flavorful but nothing remotely overbearing.

Swan Song at Bruce’s. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Little sherbet precedes peach and lemon. Light floralness. Mild tangy sourness. Light crisp finish. Nicely joined up. Fresh and clean.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, lactic, apricot yoghurt, light spice and cheesecake. The taste is crisp, lactic, tart, peach, nectarine, juicy, light acidity, lemon sherbet and spoiled yogurt with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, tart and juicy.

Bottle shared in London - picked up in MA. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Nice lemony aroma, pleasantly pithy, apricot, peach. Light sweet flavor with very pleasant citric bite, mild jammy citrus, hints of pale bready sweetness. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Very clean finish with tart lemons, pale bread, light acidic bite. Exceedingly well balanced. Super refreshing.

Another beauty of a beer, slick and creamy, sticky lacing all the way around and down. Light malty aroma, taste more malt capped with a touch of bitterness. Very enjoyable.
