Gravity dispense at GBBF β14, day 4, 15/08/14. Black with a well appointed tan covering. Nose is dark malt, vegetal notes, earthy, touch of hoppage, a little washed out. Taste comprises chocolate, sweet licks, none of the veggy aroma coming through thankfully, light coffee, hoppy notes, faint citrics. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop notes. Ok - the nose let this one down a few notches, also a little overly sweet.

Taste comprises lemon rind, spice, bready notes, orange. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style but nothing Iβd rush back for.
