Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a clear orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, grape, and acidic. Thin mouth with nice sourness, oak, tart grape, very nice.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish amber with no real head and no lacing. Aroma is very cherry, some oak and tobacco notes. Flavor is light tart, a bit of residual sweetness, cherries are dominant with some oak. Medium body, flat - no real carbonation left. A bit watery in the mouth.

Can@SBWF2014. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, earthy, floral, some nice bready malts along with mild caramel. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild nectar, spices and mild grassiness. Also some mild maltiness to it. Somewhat balanced, but not really my thing this one.

Pours deep mahogany into a Trappist glass. Tan head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat surface. Sour vegetable aromas. Bitter, earthy candy corns and earth upfront turning to licorice before the lasting birch bark finish. This one is really not that good...

12oz bottle pours a clear, burnt orange with some thin, white head. Nose is interesting, from afar it has quite a bit of spice - cinnamon/nutmeg/powdered ginger, up close it has some root veg, some carrot, some spaghetti squash, some odditities too like tomato and celery seed. Flavor has a lot more tomato, a little ketchup, a little waxy, some root veg, white pepper, coriander. Slim finish. Strange.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown 2013 bottle corked and capped poured into a glass. Clear red with small off-white head. Aroma is nice strong sour, medium body, low/medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is sour, tart cherries, lemons, some oak, and long acidic finish. Complex, pretty easy to drink (although I understand this would be too sour for some), really flavorful, really enjoy this one.

Refrigerated 75-cl 2014 brown bottle corked and capped poured into a tulip. Slightly hazy light orange with big fluffy white head. Aroma is tart, medium body, well carbonated, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is tart, oak, and some white wine. Pretty good, but hoped for a little more.
