Draft at The Ginger Man, NYC. Pale straw and hazy with virtually no head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, and wheat. Taste is mild citrus, lemon, wheat, spice and white wine. Finish is mildly sour. Ok.

Tap at coopers. Very dark blackish brown small head. Nose is bitter coffee and cocoa. Tastes of cocoa powder, coffee, earth, cola, and roasted malt. Fairly bitter but easy drinking medium bodied. Pleasant

Draught @ Top Hops. Lightky cloudy golden yellow with large off=white foamy head, faint grassy hops aroma, low carbonation, somewhat sweet citrus peel taste, thin body, medium bitter finish. Decent IPA, not spectacular to me.

Earls Beer and Cheese, NYC tap: pours golden with white head. Aroma is light citrus and pale malts without too much rye doing its thing. Taste is somewhat bitter and very smooth. Again I did not get much rye but i did get a really smooth lager.

Draught @ Cooper’s Craft and Kitchen. Opaque dark brown with small foamy tan head, dark chocolate aroma, medium carbonation, slightly bitter dark chocolate taste with alcohol undertones, full body, long bitter chocolate finish. The alcohol slips a bit to the forefront.

A hazed blonde sour ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lactic acid notes, lemon juice, light fruity esters, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, light acidity, refreshing and pleasing. On tap at Ginger Man NYC.

Draft at Ginger Man NYC. It pours cloudy gold with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, dirty, slightly funky, lime zest, over-ripe, stone fruits and damp leaves. The taste is sour, lime, some acidity, sherbet, limeade, marmalade, earthy funk and cracker with lightly acidic linger. Light - medium body, fine carbonation and slightly sticky mouth - feel. Simple sour as the name says, but enjoyable enough.

Cask at the brewery. Inky black with medium sized spongy tan head, mocha aroma, low carbonation, chocolate taste laced with alcohol, full body, medium mocha finish. Nice and smooth stout.

Draught at the brewery. Clear pale yellow with small white foamy head, faint floral hops aroma, medium carbonation, balanced hoppy taste, medium hoppy finish. Quite a nice brew.
