Bottled. Beetroot red colour with no head. Aroma is honey, blackcurrant and some mild wooden tones. Flavour is blackcurrant, honey and some slight alcohol sweetness. Somewhat dry, but still very sweet.

Bottled. Deep red colour, no head. Aroma is fruity, honeyish, lingonberries, some almond, mild other berries as well as some ripe dried fruits. Flavour is honey, some lingonberries, blueberries, mild almond, some alcohol and mild almost gingery tones.

Bottled@SBWF2014 (thanks Svesse!). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is spices, honey, mild nutmeg and some spruce. Flavour is honey, spruce, some mustard seeds, mild nectar and some herbs. Smooth, and the mustard gives it a nice kick.

Bottled (Had as Mjödhamnen Sigtuna)@SBWF2014. Yelloiwsh golden colour with no head. Aroma is spicy honey, rhubarb, mild spices and some toffee. Flavour is spicy, honey, some rhybarb, mild tartness with some slight alcohol to it as well.

Bottled. Yellow colour with no head. Aroma is honey, some mild sea buckthorn and a bit alcohol sweetness. Flavour is honey, floral tones, some mild sea buckthorn along with mild herbal tones to it. Nicely balanced without being all sweet nor too sour from the sea buckthorn.

Bottle@SBWF2014 (thanks Svesse!). Pale silvery yellow colour with no head. Arom ais fruity, floral, some honey, clover, mild grassy and earhty tones. Flavour is honey, some floral and clover tones wiht mild grassy elements too. Very smooth and worked surprisingly well.

We believe it's a 150ml pour from 750ml 😁 Shared with Ryan. Appearance: a bit hazy copper with no head. Aroma: mostly generic berries (not really a black currant), some honey and booze. Taste: along the same lines, fairly dry. Overall: just ok, nothing special.

We believe it's a 150ml pour from 750ml 😁 Shared with Ryan. Appearance: hazy golden with no head. Aroma: extremely sweet, like I would be smelling honeycombs!😯 Taste: along the same lines, no berries character, however there is wax taste from honeycombs. Overall: not sure where is lingonberries here, this mead is litetally smells and tastes like honeycombs.
