Shitty hay, coriander, and lemon zest aroma. Cloudy golden, thin head. Grainy, coriander at midpalate, cheerios on the back end. Fusel alcohol present. Light body and sudsy. Ugh, this is kind of like breakfast cereal steeped in dishwater and cheap lager. They didn’t just throw a bunch of coriander in a bad batch, did they? Drinkable still.

Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Pours brown with a medium beige head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of malt and roasted nuts. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, almond and hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Partial ring of lacing. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of milk chocolate, coffee and malt. The finish is roasty with a mocha aftertaste. Above average overall.

3 ounce draft pour at Adroit Theory. Poured a clear ruby color with a small off-white head. Aroma was some interesting spice notes, some horseradish. Flavor was a little spicy, some tomato I suppose, though I might have "tasted" it once I read the full description. Some salt and herbal notes. Odd, but kinda tasty.
