10 or 12 ounce pour? Close enough. I got the tail end of one keg and the start of the next keg, but my buddy got the same beer a little later so I’ll describe both. Mine was lightly cloudy yellow, with a huge billowy, long lasting foamy white head. Buddy had a medium sized, relatively long lasting white head. Aroma was lots of grapefruit, tropical notes, and yeast funk. Flavor was nice tropical fruits, yeast. Delicious.

16ounce draft pour at the brewery. Poured a dark, ruby, perhaps a bit more on the brown side of things with a small tan head. Aroma was light roasted malts, some light bitter chocolate. Flavor was light bitter malts, light toasted notes, some light coffee. Okay.

Full 8-12oz pour, whatever. Poured a dark brown, muddy ruby color with a small tan head. Aroma was some light boozy notes, caramel. Lots of dried fruit skins in this one. Flavor was boozy, lots of dried, pitted fruits - raisin, plum? Heat on the finish. It’ll get you drunk quickly, but I’m not sure I’m going to revisit this one.

I’d call it a full draft pour, but they were only serving us 8 ounces and didn’t let us have a taster pour. The pour seems a bit short in the tulip glass they gave us, but they were consistent, so whatever. The beer poured a pitch black color with a nice creamy tan head. Aroma was light bitter chocolate notes light coffee. Flavor had some light coffee, but lacked the bitterness that I expected. Semi-sweet chocolate. Finish certainly has a bit of a boozy kick on the end, but it’s very easy to go down. Probably my favorite from them so far.

Draft at the source courtesy of Hobbs, thank you sir! Clear dark maroon color, tan head. Nice roasty coffee ground and cocoa aroma. Taste is roasted unsweetened cocoa. Nice light body makes it easy to drink. We asked, btw, and this one has no pumpkin in it.

OK, first of all, the misspelling of the definite article is intentional. It means sick Godfather, with sick meaning good. Sorry, points off for appearance for that name. Dark clear brown color, thin tan edge head. Aroma of boozy toast. Taste is sweet caramel and milk chocolate, burnt and boozy edge. Interesting.
