Bottle shared in London - big thanks to the Osprey. Pours deep amber with a small, foamy off-white head. Medium to big sweet flavour with lovely peat, toffee, iodine, aged berries, nips of earth, moss, bread and fruitcake. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly sticky and warming, lingering peat, toasted caramel, stewed fruits. Quite tasty indeed.

Bottle at the Columbus Christmas Tasting. 15/12/2022. Thanks to Daniel. A hazed brownish amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is salty peat, tcp, brown sugars, caramel, boozy. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, brown sugars, caramel, cough syrup, cola cubes, light age, peaty salt, tcp. Palate is medium sweet, tangy, fine carbonation. Good. .

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. Semi clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and light palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, a little creamy sweetness. Caramel melds well with the soft and mildly smoky Bowmore. Whiskey fruits and spice on the light finish. Nice Bowmore job.

Dark brown, bit murky. Smells bourbonny, some red fruit, wood, caramel. Body is a bit thin, with sharp carbonation, alcohol. Taste is decent, plenty of wood, bourbon, some caramel, malty. Nice bitterness and a subtle sweetness. Got potential.
