Bottled@Abseits. Deep ruby colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, some vegetably notes as well as dark dry fruits. Flavour is mild roasted malts, some dark dry fruits, rye and mild acidic notes. Probably slightly infected bottle, but otherwise very nice. Seems like Beershine did have a worse bottle.

Had this as Haberstumpf Maibock. The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Flavor is dissapointung: too soapy, metallically and dry, should be much sweeter. Unbalanced finish. Not so good!

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass not really, foam shows very big bulbs. Starts mild-malty, spicy like wheat. Not bad!

Bottle (@Cafe Abseits, Bamberg) Golden coloured, smaller persistent white head, malty, bisquity nose with hints of hoppy bitterness; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; fruity and hoppy finish. Excellent Bock.........

Hopfig-süßer Antrunk, mild, spritzig. Der Hopfen ist aromatisch und etwaswürzig, das gefällt und weckt einen natürlichen Eindruck. Im Mittelteil ändert sich wenig, einen Tick würziger würde ich es hier beschreiben. Der Hopfen legt im Abgang deutlich zu, hier erscheint auch erstmal ein feines Bitteraroma, das nicht sehr ausgeprägt ist und damit Raum lässt für den ausfüllenden Hopfen. Bottled. Deep orange colour with mediumsized, creamy off-white head. Aroma is really strange, very acidic saltwater along with grassyness. Flavour is saltwater, some mild malts, grassy hops and paper. Not very pleasant.

Hazy orange brown color, creamy off-white head. Cardboard, tobacco, light caramel in the nose. First impression is sourish, maybe beer is a bit infected. Papery malty flavors, some hops in the finsih. Interesting to see from other ratings that this beer has been infected in every rating.

Bottle - thanks a lot pivnizub! Red amber under a golden lacing head. Fairly peppery, berrylike and slightly clayish aroma. Complex enoux flavor: Blueberry, nutty, herbal, limepeel - light metallic finish. Medium body, light and sparkly on the tongue. Berry aftertaste. Very nice!
