Bottle from supermarket in Passau. Hazy dark brown color with huge white head. fruity aroma with caramel, toast and banana. Taste, banana, caramel, toasted malt, wheat. Bittersweet finish. Drinkable.

Bottle: Greenish-golden, smaller white foamy layer, clear, papery-grassy nose; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering dry - and more aromatic - herbal-hoppy finish with a small amount of pale malt as a counterpart. Not really bad, but all in all disappointing.....

Bottle 500ml.Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, grain, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, banana notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - thin creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111002]

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, mid-sized lasting fluffy white head, grassy-hoppy nose with a sweet pale-malty counterpart; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit sticky; slightly lingering delicate bitter and malty finish. Nothing wrong with it.....

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Wheaty and slightly milky malty aroma with notes of banana, citrus and yeasty and phenolic spices. Moderately sour flavour, slim bodied with a sparkling carbonation. Wheaty, mildly yeasty and sourish fruity taste, mostly with notes of citrus; dry, slim and sour-fruity finish. Sour and slim, hence refreshing Weizen. 28.VIII.11
