Description
At Hop City, we create beer that inspires the curious, and fuels the restless.
We embrace the journey as much as you do. We take risks, make wrong turns, and just go for it.
For us, it’s about believing in curiosity. Because even though it may have killed the cat, before he died, that cat probably had a pretty good time.

12oz bottle pours with a clear copper body that has thin gold hues and supports a thin tan head. The mild aroma offers up some pine hops, a light but seemingly out of place biscuit maltiness and then sweet malts feebly flowing into light fruity esters and grassy like hops. The taste starts with a fairly tasty blend of modestly resiny pine hops and biscuit malts. To midway a murmur of sweet malts is noticed amid the pine hop bitterness. Underneath there seems to lurk mild sweet fruity esters. Decent. There’s hops to be had here but they seem to clash with the malts and esters.
