Clear golden color, small white head. Grainy and sweetish alcoholic nose. Medium-bodied. Flavor is matching the nose: very grainy, dusty-woody flavor which is similar to many eco-beers. Also decent alcohol and sweetness. Low bitterness. A bit too straightforward pale bock.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white slightly off-white head that leaves lace. Aroma is bready and sweet malts along with some slight hayish and sweetish notes. Flavour is bready as well as a bit fruity and sweetish notes, some slight saltwatery notes as well as herbs. Ends rather hayish.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts very spicy and strong, fine malty notes, also a bit earthy. Well balanced finish, still strong and spicy, modest wheaty. Really good!
