Fruity, flowery aroma, very fragrant, witha bit of sawdust, rice, koji. very enticing with a touch of funk. Clear with a slight yellow tint. Soft, sweet, grainy flavor with alcohol, pepper and other spice, mikan, something like brown sugar. Sweet and rich. Smooth, rounded, mellow palate. Very nice, but maybe too soft and sweet. lacks tye kimoto kick. very enjoyable, nevertheless.
