150 ml bottle. Creamy nose, rice, vanilla. Sweet, creamy flavor with lactic acid and vanilla, but just a bit. Seems like some yamahai is blended in here. Light. Not bad, but nothing special.

Bottle. Clear colour. Light nice marcipan aroma. Moderate marcipan flavor. Nice balanced sake. Average finish. Oily palate. A rare enjoiable sake.

720 ml bottle for about 1000 yen. Fruity, spicy ginjo-ka nose, peach and melon, rice, a bit of wood. Oily, slightly yellow tint. Alcohol burn is strong at first, sweet and fruity, spicy, a bit of caramel cream. Full body. Bit too much alcohol presence.

240ml bottle, 10C. (Don’t know anything about sake, never tried this sort before.) Pours milkily, like rice-rinsing water. Aroma of rice, red berries, milk sourness, coconut water. Still. Slightly grainy mouthfeel. Sweet like dessert sticky rice, pandan, young coconut and coconut vinegar. Alcohol is just noticeable throughout and becomes a little more prominent at the end, curtailing the sweetness.

180 ml bottle for New Years. Clear, somewhat oily, with gold leaf in it. Dry, fruity, floral ginjoka nose, pepper, cedar, peaches. Ok but a bit mild. Sweet and fruity, melon, mango, pepper. Decent ginjo but not reacng for anything.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear as water without head. Aroma is sweet, rice and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with lots of alcohol. 231113

Bottle, 72cl. It’s a clear, faintly yellow sake, lightly oily in the glass. A bit too alcoholic on the nose I think, but with a nice fruityness from yellow apples and pears, and a faint citrusy hint. Notes of rice too. It’s warming, oily and full-bodied, with flavors of the same fruits known from the aroma, some rice and booze. Long, warming and fruity finish. Perhaps 3.4 is a bit high, but I think it would score even higher with me if the alcohol wasn’t this evident. 130924

180 ml bottle. Shiny and a bit oily with gold leaf floating around. Rather dull rice and koji nose, some alcohol and pepper. Flavor is sweet rice and alcohol burn. Simple and not unpleasant but not much happening.
