(Bottle, 0.5 l - BBE 17.01.2013, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20121214) The beer poured lighlty hazy and golden, Its head was medium sized, fizzy and white. Aroma had malts, grain, unmalted barley and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, unmalted barley, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, fruity and bitter. The hemp went unnoticed to me but otherwise this beer had pleasant aroma and taste.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass not too zippy, almost no head. Aroma of cookies and apple cake. Starts fruity spicy, modest sourish. Like soft apple juice. Not too intense. Mild fruity finish. Interesting.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass not as dark as exspected, small head. Mild-matly aroma. Starts mild-malty, a bit rusty-spicy, modest dry. Soft finish with fruity hints. Well balanced but should be drier.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts malty-spicy, very similar to the Bio Hell. Some dry notes, a bit moldy. Finish with grasy hints, still spicy. Exspected it to be more intense but still okay.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass not as dark as exspected, small head. Intense smokey aroma that reminds me of bacon. Starts mild, fine malty, not as smokey as exspected. Light dry notes. Finish mild smokey, spicy. Could be more intense, but okay.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, modes turbid, small head. Fruity aroma that reminds a bit of cherries. Starts mild, but not washy, fine malty with spicy hints, a bit grasy. Finish modest sourish but well balanced. Nice!

Mittelherber Antrunk mit aromatischem Hintergrund, fruchtig-malzig, süßlich. Die Herbe bleibt und wird im Mittelteil stärker, der Hintergrund wird etwas monotoner, klar zu erkennen ist ein vorher nur wenig intensiver Hopfenton, das Malz ist einfacher, aber weiterhin vorhanden. Weich und milder im Abgang, bedingt würzig, malzig-herb. Erneut ist es hier herber, ein wenig scharf wirkt das Bier hier. Die Malzigkeit ist mild, dafür aber cremig. Würziger Geruch, bedingt hopfig und fruchtig, dezent süß, in jedem Falle harmonisch. Malzig-herber Antrunk auf wässrigem Untergrund. Mittelwürzig, für ein Alt angenehm weich. Im Mittelteil wird das Malz unwichtiger, eine wässrige Welle schwappt über und begräbt die meisten Aromen unter sich. Das Bier erholt sich davon nur schleppend, im Abgang ist eine herbe Note vorherrschend, das noch vorhandene Malz wirkt ruppiger als zuvor, sehr leicht schokoladig.
