Dag 2 i Lokomotivværkstedet maj-19, fra fad. Nesten helt klar gylden med godt skum der holder følge hele vejen ned. Fersken, mango, tørrede frugter, og med en grapefrugtaktig bitterhed i afslutningen.

Draught at KØ19. Citric, malty and woody aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very big stable frothy white head. The flavour is citric, nicely malty. Good chalky mouthfeel.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF 01/20 - Bottled on 01/19). AROMA: medium sourness, followed by medium-low red fruits, low beet. APPEARANCE: dark pink colour and clear with material in suspension. medium-low light pink head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium sourness, mixed with red fruits and low beet. low background of wheat. medium-low bitterness with a very dry finish. faint phenolic (plastic-like). PALATE: thin body with low carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting wild ale with added fruits and vegetables.

33 cl bottle at Brew Wild Pizza Bar, Madrid. It pours dirty golden with huge greenish shades. Off-white foamy head lasts little. Aroma, as you'd expect it, is intense: pine needle, grapefruit, lemon and a hint of honey. Taste is rather dry, medium-bodied, veeee-r-ry bitter but, not so long-lasting (even though.) Nice, yo.

330ml bottle from BeerShooter in Alicante. A deep dark ruby coloured body, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Nuts, earth and a mild coffee hint on the nose. Taste of hazelnut, not overdone, caramel malts and herbal hops. Lightly roasted grain to the ending. Medium bodied. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Hotel room, Albir 16.04.2019).

15 March 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours clear pale golden with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Fresh aroma of yellow grapefruit, mango, orange rind, stonefruit, pineapple, lemon, bread, faint pine. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of mango, pineapple & peach, quickly turning medium hoppy bitter with orange rind, pine, grapefruit, all the while a bit yeasty & bready, faint sourish lemon & wheat in the back. Dryish, piney & floral hoppy finish, lingering grapefruti, yeast, faint tropical fruits. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. India Style Lager for sure, or not? As a Pale Lager it's definitely a shiner.

Batch 789. Much nicer than that bad bottle of 2015 I had before. This one is all it promises: very smooth, nice thickness, and properly roasty, a lot of coffee as well. Heavy bitterness is made softer by the vanilla flowing through it.
