We strive to deliver the highest quality beer from traditional styles and brewing techniques, to pushing modern boundaries and combining a range of brewing experience, with a passion for innovation.

We work with a progressive mindset with community, sustainability, collaboration, and taste at the heart of what we do.

Founded in 2000 as Oakleaf Brewery. Late in 2016 Oakleaf went into administration, a buy out package was arranged and the brewery was re-launched in 2017 as Fallen Acorn.

Closed April 2023 due to economic pressure.

Cask at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Copper coloured pour with an off white head. Aromas of orchard fruits, toffee,caramel. Flavours of toffee,bitter malts, caramel, touch of red apple. Malty bittersweet finish.

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - From 2006. Golden coloured. Floral and rather 'green' aroma with tea, citrus and some herbal notes. The taste is pretty similar and rather moreish.

Keg at Brewdog Canary Wharf, London. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Sweet, roasty, malty, chocolate, vanilla, tonka aroma and taste. Very nice indeed.

Keg at Blind Tiger, Peterborough. Pours dark brown towards black with a beige cap. Aroma: sweet malts, coffee & sour cream, berries. Taste: moderate sweet & bitter, coffee, berries, light sour. Medium body with low carbonation.

Cask at Trekkers, Chesham, Bucks. An amber coloured pour with a thin white head on top which doesn't last. Sweet, malty, caramel taste and aroma. An OK ESB.

15/4/2022. Draught at the Briarbank Easter Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, pithy, grapefruit, citrus, grain, grass. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Pretty decent lager.

15/4/2022. Cask at the Briarbank Easter Beer Festival. Pours black with minimal head. Aroma of raspberry, chocolate, nut, cocoa, roasted malt. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Full bodied, slick and smooth, very soft carbonation. Very nice.

Keg at Croxtons, Southsea. Aroma has sweet dry citrus. Bubbly opaque gold body. Thick creamy white head. Light-medium bitter - dry and spicy. Light sweet citrus hints. Underlying bread malts. Light-medium bodied. Thin but then benefits from soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Pleasent. Especially after we had to rush to make out reservation (needlessly it turns out as the place was not very busy).

Keg at Awakening Festival 2022, Gosport. Pours clear golden with a decent white cap. Aroma: light tropical fruit, pine resin, citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet with moderate bitterness, dry, bitter grapefruit, citrus. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Pretty decent WCIPA
