Our craft beer takes a little bit longer to brew than others. Selecting the finest ingredients and handcrafting the traditional process demands patience. But 35 years? That’s how long we’ve been making our full flavoured beers, improving and perfecting them year after year. It makes us the oldest independent brewery in Ireland and those who drink our beer agree it’s been time well spent.

500ml bottle at home. Slightly hazy deep amber pour with a fluffy off white head that lasts. Nose is bready and biscuity malt with piney hops. Flavour is so well balanced between the biscuit malt and the hop flavour of pine and grapefruit. Balanced mouthfeel.
