10 cl glass på Tap1, mai-14: godt humlet, lett maltsødme og fin fylde. Skummet holder seg bra.En ok ipa, men holder ikke på langt nær hva omtalen lover. Fra fad, må prøves fra flaske ved en senere anledning.

50 cl. bottle, shared. Dark brown colour with no head. Yeasty aroma - rather surprising for a Brown Ale - with sourdough, partly fermented, some odd smoked notes. No caramel malts or hops. Light sour taste with a hint of smoke. Medium body with a slick texture and flat carbonation. Short, yeasty finish. Either an off bottle or a poor effort from the brewer. Drain pour that almost spoiled the Christmas dinner.

50 cl. bottle poured in to a snifter. Hazy, deep red bordering brown colour with a tiny, bubbly lightly tan head that fades to nothing. Sweet aroma with ripe fruits, nuts, light toast and caramel malts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a flat carbonation. Short, sweet finish, lightly dry with ripe fruits and berries. Nice Bock - old fashioned.
