2/1/2021. Attractive swing-top bottle from the Norfolk Food & Drink Co, Cromer. Pours slightly hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of straw, citrus, orange and biscuit, with light spicy and piney notes. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet fruity biscuit finish. Decent.

7/8/2020. Cask at the Hop Beer Shop, Chelmsford. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, straw. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery, donks ago. Properly cellared since. Opened with a decent pop. Poured a lively, clear dark amber. Finest off white head. So far, so good. Nose has toffee and pan stuck caramel. Sweaty knackers. Cardboard. Some sherry shizzle. All of that. Taste is super sweet, with an earthy, grassy bitterness. Medium body. Robust carbonation, somehow. Toffee and cardboard to finish. You get the idea.

Cask @ Castle Hotel, Manchester. Light golden, it's an easy hoppy brew and slips down the palate fast. Creamy-frothy head.
